Vincent's Story

Throughout most of my life, I kept my challenges private. I often felt like no one could really relate. It wasn’t easy to find someone who understood what I was going through. Honestly, there were times when just having someone to talk to would’ve made a big difference. Over time, I started asking myself, “Why is it still so hard for people to talk about their struggles?” I realized it’s not just about courage. For a lot of people it’s so much more. In the last few years, I’ve really focused on self-improvement. I started to feel better, stronger, but deep down, I always felt like something was missing. So, I left everything I was doing and made it my mission to figure out how I could make a difference.

That’s what inspired me to create Reach with Thomas. It’s not about fixing anyone or offering advice. It’s about finding someone who truly understands what you’re feeling. Because sometimes, the most powerful thing you can hear is, “I’ve been there too.”

I believe that talking about your mental health shouldn’t come with a price tag. Opening up is hard enough already. My hope is that Reach can change millions of lives, but even if it’s just for one person, then to me, it’s already worth it.

Thomas's Story

I knew a friend who carried the weight of something heavy for so long. He never talked about it, because he thought no one could understand. Then one day, he broke down and told me everything. He shared how hard it was to deal with it all alone. He even told me about the hours he spent searching online, trying to find someone who might relate. But he never found what he was looking for. Hearing all of this really changed me. I promised myself that from then on, I would be there for him. Not by trying to fix things, but by really listening. He started trusting me and I could see him changing. Watching him heal was one of the most powerful things I’ve ever experienced.

That’s why I decided to create Reach with Vincent. There are so many people out there who don’t have anyone to turn to. They keep everything inside, just like my friend did. But I’ve seen how life-changing it can be when someone feels truly heard.

My friend’s journey inspires me every day. I know how much it meant to him to finally feel supported, and that’s what I hope Reach can give to others. If this platform can help one person feel more understood and less alone, then I’ll know it was worth creating.

True Connection

Our Story of True Connection

We understand what it means to build a strong connection. For 20 years, we’ve been more than best friends. We’ve shared moments that changed us and become like family.

It’s why we believe that building stronger mental health takes time. Real growth comes from meaningful relationships and small, steady steps forward.
