It is not a commercial product and is not publicly released.

By using the application, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. You acknowledge that your use of the application is voluntary and at your own risk. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the application.

2. Nature of the Service

The application does not provide a complete or final set of features. It does not include any user support, content moderation, or reporting functionality. The application is not operated by an incorporated entity and remains a pre-release tool intended solely for internal testing and development purposes.

3. No Clinical Support or Guarantee of Outcome

You are entirely responsible for your actions and decisions while using the application. You are advised not to share sensitive or identifying personal information such as your full name, home address, contact details or social media accounts. Although respectful communication is encouraged, the developers cannot control or verify user behaviour and disclaim any responsibility for the conduct of other users.

You should exercise care and discretion at all times.

5. No Moderation or Support

This version of the application does not include any mechanisms for content monitoring, automated message screening, or intervention in user interactions. Messages exchanged between users are not reviewed or moderated. There is no facility to report harm or abuse, nor any system to intervene in the event of a serious issue.

By using the application, you accept the possibility of encountering unmoderated or inappropriate content and agree to use the service at your own risk.

6. User Misconduct

Although the service is intended to foster supportive and empathetic interactions, the developers cannot prevent misconduct or harmful communication by users. If you experience any behaviour which causes you discomfort or concern, you should cease the interaction immediately.

The developers accept no liability for emotional distress, reputational harm, or any direct or indirect loss resulting from user interactions.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in the application, including its name, branding, concept, visual elements, written content, and design, are owned by the developers of Reach unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, alter or distribute any part of the application or its content without prior written permission.
